KAYSONS Pendulum Bucket System is used to continuously run in horizontal, vertical movements having single in-feed point and discharge in multiple points.

The Product remains in the bucket avoiding spillage with the inlet station in horizontal the overlapping pendulum bucket belt forms a constant closed conveyor system with the following advantages:

  • 1. Totally enclosed robust construction with standard and special profiles to suit heavy duty application.
  • 2. Special design for the food Industry.
  • 3. The buckets are of food grade made of Polypropylene fitted with bronze inserts which allow easy movement of stainless steel pins.
  • 4. The buckets are driven by two parallel chains & sprockets are made of mild steel.
  • 5. The buckets if worn, it can be replaced with ease and no down time, fast changeover of buckets.
  • 6. The buckets are 100% food grade and easy to clean, the bottom discharge arrangements of buckets at drop point ensure full discharge.
